I'm at a sports bar, right? It says so on the sign outside: Flavors BBQ Sports Bar & Grill ... Even though no sports are playing on the TVs above the bar — it's a show on the History Channel called MonsterQuest in which actual people reenact actual encounters with actual monsters; t ...
Spectators at Friday evening's Bridge Bash. I don't know for a fact that these gentlemen are lawyers, but given what's left downtown (professional sports teams, homeless people, the Arch and lawyers) it's a pretty good bet. Perfectly tailored, a Budweiser in one hand and a Crackberry in the other. And out to watch stuff get smashed to bits ... Happy happy joy joy. Yesterday was opening night for Opera Theatre of St Louis. We've been subscribers for more than 30 years. STL doesn't have a grand
There's another injury to a member of the St. Louis Rams offensive line to report, but first some company news. ... As you may have noticed, SBN launched the first round of city/regional hub sites yesterday. Arizona, Boston, Chicago, DC, Detroit and New York were the first out of the gate. The St. Louis regional hub launches on Tuesday, June 15. What's up St. Louis and my Rams Family!? ... I'm just sitting here thinking about how crazy this trade between myself and my friend, Chris Harris, was. You may not be aware of this, but him and I have had an interesting history together when it comes to team transactions. Seriously, I could one day write a book about this insane and totally ironic ride we've been on together throughout our NFL careers; and it wouldn't surprise me if it actually sold a few copies - Ha! ... Okay, so try and

I've been kind of nonchalant about the St. Louis Rams ownership situation. I was happy with Shahid Khan when he was the lead horse to purchase the Rosenbloom's 60 percent share. When Stan Kroenke threw his name into the mix at the last minute, I was fine with that too. Both men have ties to the region making it more likely for the Rams to stay in or around St. Louis.
I gotta admit ... It sure was cool reading the comments posted after the video I left you yesterday. They really made me feel good. It's stuff like that which makes me start to feel more at home here in St. Louis. ... Your comments also continued to prove to me how cool it is that I get to hang out with the fans on the net. I love communicating with you guys; I did this sort of thing a lot when I was with the Bears, and I fully plan on continuing to do so now that I'm with the Rams.
So it's the Monday after the draft. Now we get to enjoy the long wait of watching players get signed (draftees or O.J. Atogwe) and then suited up for their first camp. Who will show? Who will be traded? Round two begins today. Let's take a look at some news ... Bryan Burwell thought the Rams had a good draft. He's got some good insight from Billy D, and I'd have to agree. I thoroughly thought that the Rams made excellent choices, at least up until the 4th round. Hooma' isn't exactly what I

St. Louis Rams FS Oshiomogho Atogwe is dealing with a sports hernia, according to ESPN's Chris Mortensen. That, along with his recovery from shoulder surgery has no doubt been part of the Rams hesitation to hand him a one-year deal worth close to $7 million, as well as some insight into the lack of interest in the Rams RFA who was tendered at the lowest first-right-of-refusal level. ... What to
More photos » ... Jeff Roberson - AP ... Browse more photos » ... It's weird how some people seem to be loving this draft (Yahoo! Sports had a poll for the best draft, about 25% of the over 50,000 voters said it was the Rams, and PFT gave us an A), while others, especially around here, seem to be hating it. Personally, I have no idea why anyone would hate the draft the Rams had (besides picking Brandon ... I mean Michael Hooma') ... Why is this draft great? Because the sum is better then
A suburban sports arena may seem like a sub-optimal venue for experiencing two blues giants, but don't let the location deter you. They're just not making 'em like B.B. King and Buddy Guy anymore, and so an opportunity to see and hear either man — let alone both at the same sh ...
